Bob Dylan has recorded over 75 albums, 17 of which feature bootleg, rare, and alternative versions of songs from the poet’s vast catalog. This year Pat Guadagno, Rob Paparozzi, and Tired Horses will present an evening of Bob Dylan’s Rare and Unreleased treasures at the annual celebration of his birthday.
When the producers of the Bob Dylan biopic ”A Complete Unknown” needed ‘harmonica help’, they wanted the very best and called on ’The Honeydripper’ Rob Paparozzi, from the Original Blues Brothers Band. Rob, Pat, Steve Delopoulos (Burlap to Cashmere), and a cast of world-class musicians make up the band Tired Horses, a curious congregation of extremely talented individuals who each bring their own brand of magic to the stage.
Anyone who’s been to one of Pat Guadagno’s musical celebrations, Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen), The Heart of Saturday Night (Tom Waits), 100 Years of Hank (Hank Williams), Souvenirs (John Prine), or A Marvelous Night (Van Morrison), knows the music of the Nobel Prize-winning Poet Laureat will be delivered with the passion and reverence that have become Guadagno’s trademark.
